Smashbox Artificial Light Luminizing Lotion, Diffuse .7 fl oz

I love Smashbox products. Everything I have from Smashbox is high quality and it delivers as promised. I’m not sure that this product (I purchased glow) really does much of anything. I mix 1 pump of foundation and 1 pump of artificial light and apply with my foundation brush. I don’t really see a difference when it’s all said and done. Maybe I’m not using it correctly?
