dummy's guide to beginner's make-up (20-yr-old)?
I'm 20 and just only starting to want to put on proper make-up.
Previously, all I've ever used is lipstick/gloss and the occasional blusher....
I would go to the professional cosmetic counters for high quality skin care first. The makeup that the major American companies sell....Lancome, Clinique...etc....are all owned by the same company...
