@ollicehunter When I refer to lasting power, I am always talking about how long the foundation stays on my skin without a touch-up. And yes, I go through my whole cleansing routine when reapplying make-up. If I am severely rushed for time, I will use only a make-up wipe but I rarely ever reapply my make-up so washing my face for three times that particular day is not a great concern to me
