Out of all my on-line holiday shopping- this was my only disappointment. I ordered these mini glosses to add as part of a birthday gift for a friend. They arrived on-time but did not look so great. I thought they froze when left outside by the shipping company. I contacted Sephora but they did not reply immediately. I went to a nearby store and exchanged the glosses for a better-looking set. Later when the store carried the original mini glosses- I noticed they still had cracks in the tubes and did not look presentable in my opinion. I finally got an email from Sephora’s customer service in which they did not answer my questions but simply told me they had sent me another set and for me to send the old one back. I contacted them right away to tell them that I had exchanged it in the store already but they said it was too late.
